THIS INFORMATION CONCERNS YOUR SOFTWARE LICENSE AND WARRANTY

License Agreement and Waranty

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use the
enlosed computer program ("the software") on a single computer system,
subject to the terms and conditions of this license and warranty 
agreement.

The software is owned by Enigma Software Solutions Ltd. (Enigma) and is
protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions.  You 
may make archive copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing
up our software and protecting you investment from loss.

Enigma warrants the physical media and physical documentation provided
to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety
days from the date of purchase.  If Enigma receives notification, within 
the warranty period, of defects in materials or workmanship, and agrees
that such notification is correct, Enigma will replace the defective
media or documentation.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this limited
warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective media or
documentation and shal not include or extend to any claim for or right 
to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit
or loss of data, even if Enigma has been specifically advised of the 
possibility of such damages.  In no event will Enigma's liability for
damages to you or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price
or the actual price paid for the package or the license to use the 
software, regardless of the form of the claim.

Enigma specifically disclaims all other warranties, representations or
conditions express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied
warranty or conditions or merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.  All other implied terms are excluded.

Specifically, Enigma makes no representation or warranty that the 
software or documentation are "error free", or meet any user's 
particular standards, requirements or needs.  In all events, any implied
warranty, representation or condition, or other term is limited to the
physical media and documentation and is limited to the ninety day duration
of the limited warranty.
